• Produce details on property.
• Advertise.
• Accompany all viewings.
• Carry out references on Tenant/s through a recognised Reference Company.
• Implement Tenancy Agreement.
• Collect one months rent and deposit of one months rent plus £200.00 & hand over keys.
• Forward the deposit and rent to the Landlord, minus the appropriate Fee.
• Serve notice on the tenant to quit.
