Full Managed Service
- Prepare Inventory.
- Collect rent monthly, deduct charges, pay Landlord by BACS & keep informed of non-payment.
- Change over services into Tenants name/s.
- Provide a maintenance service for the property.
- Quarterly visits to the property.
- Organise Gas Safety & Electrical certificates (annually).
- Cost of certificates paid separately.
- Serve notice on the tenant to quit (Section 21)
- At the end of the Tenancy, visit the property prior to releasing the deposit, utilising a Whites inventory & report to landlord.
- Any other Fees due to Whites which occur outside the above will be negotiated separately prior to proceeding.
