Full Managed Service

Prepare Inventory.
Collect rent monthly, deduct charges, pay Landlord by BACS & keep informed of non-payment.
Change over services into Tenants name/s.
Provide a maintenance service for the property.
Quarterly visits to the property.
Organise Gas Safety & Electrical certificates (annually).
Cost of certificates paid separately.
Serve notice on the tenant to quit (Section 21)
At the end of the Tenancy, visit the property prior to releasing the deposit, utilising a Whites inventory & report to landlord.
Any other Fees due to Whites which occur outside the above will be negotiated separately prior to proceeding.
