Full Managed Service

• Prepare Inventory.
• Collect rent monthly, deduct charges, pay Landlord by BACS & keep informed of non-payment.
• Change over services into Tenants name/s.
• Provide a maintenance service for the property.
• Quarterly visits to the property.
• Organise Gas Safety & Electrical certificates (annually).
• Cost of certificates paid separately.
• Serve notice on the tenant to quit (Section 21)
• At the end of the Tenancy, visit the property prior to releasing the deposit, utilising a Whites inventory & report to landlord.
• Any other Fees due to Whites which occur outside the above will be negotiated separately prior to proceeding.
