Fully Managed Service

• Produce details on property
• Advertise on the major web property portals including Rightmove and Zoopla
• Accompany all viewings, weekdays till 6.30pm, Saturdays to 4.00pm
• Carry out references through a recognised referencing company. They will check for county court judgements, employment history and proof of residency
• Prepare inventory, both written and photographic
• Prepare Tenancy Agreement
• Collect a deposit which is held in our Bonded Client Account and registered with The Dispute Service
• Change over services into tenants name/s
• Based on a 6 month tenancy we visit 4 weeks after the start of the tenancy, then after 12 weeks and two weeks prior to the end of the tenancy
• Organise gas safety certificates and electrical safety certificates when required
• On confirmation from the landlord organise a renewal of the tenancy or remarket the property
• At the end of the tenancy carry out a final check prior to releasing the deposit and report to the landlord
